Doucai plate with dragon and phoenix design

Qing Dynasty, Emperor Kangxi’s reign (1662-1722)

Height: 5cm, Surface diameter: 20.3cm, Bottom diameter: 13.5cm

The plate interior is painted with a cloud dragon with five claws in green color while the exterior is painted with a dragon and a phoenix. Its bottom bears the mark “Made in Kangxi’s reign in Qing dynasty”.
